Cormier has a broken hand, so either this tourney drags on even longer than it already has or he too will be replaced.

Cormier doesn't have a bad body, he's short, wide and muscular. He couldn't make 235 let alone 205.

Bellator beat Strikeforce in the ratings quite comfortably between their MTV2 and Epix broadcasts, and if you just count their MTV2 #'s, came close to equaling them. The crowds looked comparable and Strikeforce doesn't get the casino bonus. That's while Bellator is a weekly with a small fraction of the payroll. Strikeforce is bleeding money. They, as we know them, are at least done by the Grand Prix finale, or earlier if Zuffa isn't contractually obligated to allow it to be completed. Zuffa might opt to keep the challenger series alive so the promotion can still be a feeder for the UFC.

-Never seen a fighter hold his hands as ridiculously low as Lawal did. LOL.

-Mein appears to have a serious ass****, overbearing father. It's disturbing. What a killer, though...those elbows.

-Cormier is really god damn good. It was tough to tell if his boxing was genuinely all that fluid versus Monson, cos Monson's really just a glorified heavybag, but it is in fact for real. Unreal movement and flow. Beautiful.

-Good match-up, him and Barnett.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

Apparently his father is an MMA fighter too. He's fought some name guys, but his record is like 5-10.

Read somewhere that bellator has increased their viewership by like 50k in the past several events. Continuously growing.

Mein has like 30 fights and he's what 21? it's a good thing he's making strides now and didn't fade away possibly from having a crappy a over-involved parent. just an assumption there though...

Not surprising... Their fighters are hungry and it's well-managed. The flipside of a Zuffa monopoly is that it forces existing smaller promotions to get their **** together to prevent poaching and to date, Bellator's been successful.
