Aside from probably being a fan of Nogueira, what reason do you have for putting him ahead of Mir or Carwin?

Well Carwin hasn't fought in a year and a half and is coming off 2 losses. There is no reason he should be in the top 10 let alone above Big Nog right now.

Are these rankings based on how good the fighters are or how their records line up?

For example, JDS's resume is more impressive than Cormier's, but Red believes that Cormier is a better fighter: Who should he rank #1?
