Well at least this means that Chavez is officially done at 160.

I think he's kind of ****. He won't be strong enough to hang at 175 and Ward and the rest of the top super middleweights will eat him.

Well, at least watching Adonis Stevenson was entertaining. Those were some nasty cuts on Cloud.

He was an amazing fighter... Should have two W vs Ali but given that everyone was riding him as the greatest, Norton got jobbed.

Always makes me wonder what the media would've thought of Ali had Norton taken that trilogy...that and if Eddie Futch wasn't either his or Frazier's trainers.

I know, but history's kind of rolled with the official win.

He's the only guy around 168-175 that I can see giving Ward a ton of problems. Not only does he have power, but he has decent footwork and can box as well.

Can't wait to see him matched up against someone like Kovalev. Winner of that fight gets Ward. Speaking of Ward, he was probably the happiest man in the building last night. Chavez winning means a potential fight down the line. He's the one opponent he can pick apart really easily, while making the biggest payday of his life.

Miguel Cotto beat Delvin Rodriguez by 3rd RD TKO. I work at the Amway Arena as event staff. Pretty good night, I got in 8 hours at least, lol.

Cotto looked good last night. That was a flashback to his pre-Margarito days. He landed a lot of nasty body shots on Rodriguez which set up those hooks to the head. Looks like Roach's offensive mindset is just what he needed. If Cotto comes out aggressive the way he did last night, I would give him a legit shot at beat Martinez if they ever fought at 154. Especially with the way Sergio looked in his last fight.

Cotto looked good but lets be honest... Rodriquez is a FNF level fighter at his best....

I doubt that Martinez is going to 154.... if they fight it will be at 160 for the title... and depending on Martinez mobility is what is going to determine Cotto chances because it is unlikely that any of his shots will really bother Martinez with all the different fighters he has faced over the years.

Martinez has constantly stated that he's willing to go down to 154 in order to land a big fight. So I really don't think it's going to be a problem for him to either meet at 154 or some catch weight in the middle. A fight against Cotto may be one of his last chances to make a huge payday. Hell, even if the fight happens at 160 I'd still give Cotto a shot. From what I've seen from Martinez, I don't think he's going to suddenly revert back to his old self. He's coming off two knee surgeries in the past year, which effected his mobility, quickness and lateral movement against Murray. Plus he's going to be 39 years old by the time he starts fighting again. I just don't think we're going to be seeing a prime Sergio anymore. This is the only reason why I'm giving Cotto a shot to win. I think his new aggressive yet smart style would give Martinez fits.

But if Sergio recovers well and returns to form, I think he beats Cotto via TKO stoppage.
