I want to see Ben Rothwell vs. Josh Barnett just for the WWE promos.

I spent about 5 minutes skimming through this card, and while it seems like I missed some good stuff, I don't really care.
I could buy Poirier as a contender at LW, or at least in that group where any guy could be competitive on a given night. I'd like to get him in that mix though.
Mitrione vs. Rothwell was a joke. Every time I talk myself into HWs being interesting again, they remind me why I shouldn't care about anyone outside the top 3-5.
Hendo vs. Boetsch. Whatever. I'd rather they both not fight in the UFC anymore. I don't put any stock in guys beating them, or even getting beaten by them.

Really fight night of finishes. This was definitely one of those don't judge a book by it's cover fight cards.

Mitrione vs. Mark Hunt
Poirier vs. Benson Henderson
Medeiros vs. Edwards
Ortega vs. Clay Guida
Tavares vs. Nik Lentz
Birchak vs. Kyung Ho Kang
Soto vs. Michinori Tanaka
Rivera vs. John Lineker
Caceres vs. Erik Perez
Jordan vs. Ruslan Magomedov
Lewis vs. Shamil Abdurakhimov
Avhmedov vs. Colby Covington
Ebersole vs. Retirement
Wade vs. Proctor
Giagos vs. Bryan Barberena
Proctor vs. Wade
Edwards vs. Mederios
Collier vs. Bartosz Fabinski
Abreu vs. Andy Enz
Quinonez vs. Dustin Kimura
Cut List: Morales.

I think it was interesting that so many fights were equal odds but most of them were one-sided with finishes. Ortega/Tavares was probably the only close fight of those I watched and I actually think that one was one-sided in terms of odds.

The odds were close, but the finish odds for most of the fights were high. And they used the small octagon.

Ok. What were the odds all but one main card fight ending within the first half of the first round?

Can't answer that exactly (also Poirier's finish was just after the half way point of the first), but...
The odds of the main card fights being finished in the first were, 35.8%, 44.2%, 32.7%, 26.4%, 25.4%, and 30.3%. The odds of any 5 of them finishing in the first round were 2.0%, the odds for all 6 finishing in the first round .11%.
So if the odds are similar we'd get one of those every 13-4 months or so, with the number of events the UFC is putting on.
