Super bound-up and lacking agility. The only person more stiff is Hendo.

Holly would crack & shatter into a thousand pieces if she tried any of those drills that Shevchenko is going in the above open work-out.

Shoot, I was hoping your posts in this thread would lbe analysis regarding the superiority of muay thai as compared to the boxing/tma striking hybrid that Holly employs. :D

Given all the Ronda to Tyson comparisons, Holly is so Buster Douglas that it isn't funny.

You son of a b!

Hoisted by my own petard.

Shevchenko's guard and stance is pretty MT. And she competed in it but she's using boxing counters and head movement, with crazy TKD kicks.

I don't know what Holly is up to. Aside from being heavy on her front leg, her style has no boxing. She rushes forward with 2-1-2s karate-style, never seen in boxing. Big windmill lefts, as leads or behind flashed jabs. Lots of lead leg kicks. She doesn't move her head. She spends a lot of the fight feet-planted immediately in front of her opponent, shaking her hands, waiting to counter, she does not look to create angles. I don't know what's going on. Ronda should be pretty confident going back in there with her, IMO.

Looking back at her highlights from smaller orgs, at the movement of her opponents, they were especially green. Their balance alone, these were not athletes. It's sort of effed up that she was headkicking them and then going after their unconscious bodies with hammerfists. That woman just worked a double at IHOP, go easy.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

Everyone saw Holly bouncing around and pacing before the beginning of the 5th? Jesus. Fitness level must be nuts.
