I thought Frankie was fighting Stephens at 205?

They'd look like Pufferfish and already fight in the same weight class, so might as well just do it there.

Frankie and Stephens at 205 at UFC 205!

Gotta be a better scrap than CM Punk

Yeah did not see that coming at all.

Also am I the only one that thought Herb pulled the trigger suuuuper quick on that stoppage?

Sometimes silence is the best thing you can contribute to a conversation

after what he did to Moses Moody's name, I got DJ K. Perk in a Verzuz battle against ANYBODY

Yeah, I forgot to talk about that, and what was worse involving Herb, which was the previous super late stoppage after Blanco got choked lifeless. Skelly needed to yell at him repeatedly that Blanco was out. The same thing happened in the Bubba Jenkins-Georgi Kharakanyan fight. And Kharakanyan said before that fight he wanted to kill the guy, literally. Ironically, it was he who had to save him. Herb is going to get someone near killed, or badly injured, one of these times.

And just a couple of days ago somebody suggested Herb was the best ref, but I pointed out he does this where he stops one super late, then over-compensates by stopping another early. He promptly presented exhibit A. No, we're not not nitpicking, like we do all refs. He really does suck these days. Never see Yves Lavine, Jason Herzog, Keith Peterson, etc. get much flack. Someone claimed Mark Goddard was the best ref. I don't think so, but I think overall he's more than fine. And a guy like Mirgs, he gets some crap, but I don't see it. I think his ratio is actually good. But guys like Big John, Herb, Mazzagatti, etc. f**k up badly so often they can't seriously be in the conversation. Peoples seldom gets sanctioned it seems, so he's not even really worth talking about.

Just last week I was listening to Rogan's podcast and he was talking about how Herb and Big John are undoubtedly the best in the game (or whatever his wording was).

Just continue to perpetuate the myth.

IMO Marc Goddard is easily the best ref in MMA right now.

Love that Will Brooks keeps calling out Michael Johnson. That's how I wish they would have been booking Brooks, as opposed to how they have actually done it.
