Honestly I don't even know that Cub should be a headliner at this point of his career. People will disagree with that last point.

For a free TV card? Why not? He's exciting as hell, and the crowd was definitely pumped. Seems like he has a decent following.

As awesome as Cub is, he's a gatekeeper at this point. After his last awesome run he was stepped up to the big dogs in Edgar and Holloway and was beaten with ease and finished by both.

You're right though at the end of the day. Lots of gatekeepers are headliners these days.

I for one can't wait to see Lobov KO Amir Khan in boxing on the Floyd/Conor undercard. Stop running and hiding Amir, Artem gonna getcha.

Right. Anyone that can hang tough with Cub deserves his spot in the UFC. It didn't look like a case of Cub just fighting down to lower competition either. I haven't been a fan of Lobov or him being in the UFC, but he got some respect from me.

And Cub should absolutely get the next title shot. He's so fun to watch.

The heck are you guys talking about? He was so slow and terrible. He racked up clear neuro damage there. Did you see those take down attempts? That stance, the slowness of his punches? That was cringe-worthy.

"work to do"? What the hell is going to work on?

I like Cub, but he lack of defense is why he will never be a Champion, he takes too much punishment, trying to do the "tough guy" act, he needs to learn how NOT to get hit and still punish the other guy, hopefully he can watch the tape of the Dodson fight and learn something...

Perry's KO was one of the best (worst?) I've ever seen.

Some good fights, but nothing that's going to shake up any divisions.

Well he can start by trying to be seen in public with Conor more often, maybe more social media posts with him. Stories about training with him can carry you to cable main event status, but I'm not sure how much further.

All the talk was that he doesn't belong in the UFC though. He won 2 of the last 3, and his loss was a FOTN with a top 5 guy who is really **** good.

He proved he belonged.
