In boxing maybe. In MMA their job is to yell how good their fighter is doing so as to influence the judges.

That was a tough one, I think Jacare edged it out to be honest. Gastelum would be a champion at WW, I still wish to see him there.

Times like these makes me wonder why they don't go for draws or why the sport doesn't consider majority decisions more like a tie. The idea of the competition, I thought, was to as safely as possible simulate who would win in a real fight, and secondarily see which fighting style is better. Encouraging point fighting goes in the opposite direction.
