Went with Holloway/Ortega. So happy to see Holloway back on track, Ortega has the heart of a lion and actually came back for a round after taking a beating early.

The high stakes put it over Zombie/Yair to me.

Gotta give Max/Ortega the slight edge. Yair vs Zombie was a really good fight, but the crazy finish was the most memorable part for me.

Max vs Ortega it seemed like every second of that fight was just epic. Crazy skill, crazy volume, crazy heart. Then add on that it was a title fight, ya that's the one I'm going with.

Khabib-McGregor. I loved the fight itself, and for me personally, the hype had paid off. Biggest MMA fight of all time, not much of an argument for me, especially when there wasn't a true stand-out, classic fight.

Rodriquez Zombie was the best fight I saw this year.

Personally I think Weidman vs Jacare at least deserved to be on that list. That fight was awesome.

Yoel vs. Bobby Knuckles was incredible.

Yair vs. Zombie though takes it for the finish.

Can't really go wrong. Great year of MMA.

Yea, another honorable mention for Yoel/Bobby.

It'll be interesting to see if either of those two are ever the same after that war.

What sets the fights apart is that the former was between two greats and for the title. Where Yair and KZ are just very good and in a random ME. Quality has to win over clobber and drama.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

I forgot about Yoel vs Whittaker 2. I don’t think I’ve said “WHAT THE ****” as many times as I did that night in the whole rest of my life combined.
