That really isn't bad that, actually. Been a long time since we've seen Ryan Hall fight, so it's just good to see him back, and he won't inflict a lot of damage against Penn. I'm not really sure how BJ is on the ground anymore, but that's what makes me really interested. Really a win-win if they're going to have him compete.

I like this match up a lot more for BJ than essentially the last 5 guys (Siver, Yair, Frankie, Rory, Nick) he fought who were all had great to elite striking credentials.

Ya, I never want to see Penn fight again, but this isn't that bad as it's more a skill fight. Penn vs stand up guys and KO artists is a gruesome thought.

That said, watch this somehow turn out to be a stupid slugfest lol

One of my favourite fighters of all time. He was one of the first Japanese fighters who mixed elite level wrestling with excellent striking and doing it with a hard punching and exciting style and flare. Shame to see him go so young
