So he's saying that it makes no sense for him to fight Jon Jones for the same money he gets to fight a can?

Looks like he made 100 to show and 100 to win last fight and 75/75 the fight before that.
HWs get paid more.

Not a rumor, but we don't have a ONE thread. Garry Tonon stayed undefeated with an easy win. Won't be shocked if he will get the next shot at the belt over there.

1 win since 2016 and he's 43 with the majority of his game being about explosive athleticism. Not to surprising.

Context.
List to rob twice. Two wars, the second one was as close as they come. Lost to costa, another close fight that he almost certainly wins if it goes 5. Lost to Izzy, one of the best fighters ever. **** fight but Izzy was clearly concerned about Yoels power. One of the only guys Izzy hasn’t destroyed and / or embarrassed.
Dudes still one of the best fighters in the division and company. None of these top guys have been able to hurt him. Most guys just survive against him. He’s still a freak.

Something we don't know about is going on.

USADA's got some new thing about not disclosing busts, right? It seems like the two most likely options are that Yoel has been busted or that the UFC released him from his contract out of the goodness of their hearts. In the past, they would just let fighters languish to prevent them from moving to other orgs.

If he popped, how would he be gone from the UFC though? Seems weird that a dude could pop for roids and they would just let him go fight elsewhere without disclosing that.

They might not be allowed to disclose.
I don't think he can fight for other American or European ACs. So maybe they are not worried about competition.

Pettis fights to stay above .500 in this next fight.
My fave fighter, Tim Boetsch, currently sits *at* .500. (13-13 in the UFC). As probably the worst record in the UFC (with fights above some threshold), you'd have to think. Come join us, Antony.

Not so fast, my friend. My fave fighter (once upon a time), BJ Penn, is 12-13-2 in the UFC.
