Michael Cohen (Trump's lawyer) was the COO of the Affliction promotion.

Feodr was tracked by the FBI this week.

They paid Arlovski $1.5m for his fight against Fedor. One of my coaches knows AA pretty well, I wonder what he thinks about this whole thing.

It would be crazy to see this freaking Affliction MMA thing go down in history because Cohen was laundering money.

Maybe they were just tracking Fedor to gain intel on Mir? As Mir is the one with ties to Chechnyan war criminals.

Ian McCall vs Horiguchi fight, in full:

LOL, could it be anymore clear that the Fates do not want you to fight? Guy finally makes it to the ring last year, loses to the ring ropes. Now, this.

In case you have sympathies, go listen to McCall's JRE. Rich. Dick.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

I looked it up yesterday and I'm pretty sure he hasn't won a fight since like 2014. Time to hang it up, Ian.

Also, UFC cutting ties with Horiguchi because he didn't have enough twitter followers (or whatever other BS) remains one of the best examples of how terrible the direction they are going in is. He's a good fighter.

Gsp vs Nate Diaz in the works for August and Gus vs rockhold for 227

I don't really get that fight for gsp. Certainly safe. Nate's only threat would be his cardio but generally speaking I think he gets mauled

So UFC is trying to get GSP vs Nate at 155?

Terrible fight imo. GSP will win easily.

From Nov.

Headliner wrote:GSP signed for three fights.

The first fight was Bisping for the MW title.

That leaves two fights before his retirement, with the last fight probably being a massive one, which leads to me think he's gaming for a Red Panty night.

That leaves fight two, which would need to be a transition fight for his weight, so it would have to be at 170 pounds. The only names in that division that would draw buzz are woodly vs GSP or Nate Diaz vs GSP.

So my guess is that GSP fights Woodly or Diaz next with Conor third.

I saw this one coming.

GSP is just looking for a cardio/physical test with this. He wants a winnable name that will generate buzz, and help facilitate his move to 155 to challenge Khabib/Conor/Tony, whoever it is.

I gotta say, I'm excited about this.

Good call headliner! I didn't see this coming. I thought it would be nothing but legacy fights and I don't see a whole heap of appeal here on that front. Everywhere else it makes a lot of sense

Deal calls for 15 live 'UFC on ESPN+ Fight Night' events per year

ESPN announced the new partnership Tuesday. The deal, which is the first media-rights agreement between ESPN and UFC, calls for up to 15 live "UFC on ESPN+ Fight Night" events per year, with 12 bouts on each card....

In addition to live events, ESPN will air UFC content across multiple platforms, including a 30-minute special before every UFC pay-per-view event. Re-airs of previous fights will also be made available on ESPN platforms.

ESPN+ will also carry the UFC's Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series, beginning in June 2019.

Question, has anyone beat BOTH Diaz brothers?
That's not a huge accomplishment, but it's certainly note worthy.

Seems to me that he's not looking for a test at all with this. Disappointed in this fight.

It's a tune up fight to drop down to championship level for an unprecedented third title. The promise of what's to come is the exciting part, the fight itself is just for entertainment.

I love that he's challenging himself by going outside of weight class twice. He was just 180, there is risk for him here, he might just completely weaken himself. As some have already stated, people had zero belief he could ever honestly make it to 150. If he can, GSP vs Khabib or Conor is going to be massive.
Right in time for the New Years show!

UFC is trying to get this, I don't think there's any word on whether GSP or Nate ate interested.

God I'm so happy someone else feels this way about Chandler. I haven't listened yet but have thought he is a douche for a long time.
