Howd Paddy put on so much muscle? Those traps are crazy. While entering the testing pool, to slap on that much meat is weight. Beuatiful kicks too.

But the poor boxing is going to have him a solid .500 fighter.

Till really needs to put something together now. Probably Hermansson next or something. He did well against rob but got kinda owned by Brunson.

Watch the Badr Hari fight from Glory. One of the greatest KOs ever. Watch the whole fight for context.

This has been a masterclass in elusiveness by Cowboy. In that same vein, Price wasn’t throwing quite enough volume/combos to keep him guessing. Still got the W based off groundwork in rd 1 and 3.

Nasty bump of heads between Holland and Daukas. Unfortunate for Holland.

Edit: Damn Herb Dean is **** great. “If you don’t feel right about this, you can call this as a no contest.” Good leadership/presence to put that out there. Even though the match ended, I think a NC is best. Either way, I think we saw some much improved takedown defense and wrestling from Holland early on.

Really not the way I expected that fight to go. Walker looked super hesitant and pretty much lost because he didn’t land anything meaningful, though he had higher output/activity.

Kavanaugh is a bad coach. He told him he was winning after round 4.

Get him in Colorado with Whitman and watch the bodies crumble.

People laughed, but maybe it was that movement guy that was Conor's best coach.

Touch butt works. From the park to the cage to the bedroom, it works.

The credibility of various camps has really changed in the last 5 years. Jackson-Wink, Firaz, and some others have *maintained*. And Roufus, Serra-Longo, and SBG have *fallen*. Others, like ATT and Cordeiro have somehow had their stock raised a *bit* (IMO). But Wittman and City Kickboxing have really shone as exceptional.

Costa is completely cooked. Coming in nowhere near weight and his reasoning makes no sense.

Wow. Costa did what I previously thought was impossible, made me root for Marvin Vettori.

What a joke.

I think he's just an egomaniac, probably roid-aided. But if losing to a fighter a whole weight class below you, while on them to boot, isn't a humbler, I don't know what is. Maybe he just dials up the roid usage now though.

Couple things about Costa...

LOL, at Costa claiming there was nothing unfair because, 3 days before the fight, he tells dude "I don't care what weight you come in at." Tell him that *3 months* before the fight. Dude has been dieting and training on fumes all camp, will show up with a huge strength and weight disadvantage. That's like bringing a concealed weapon into the cage, waiting til the door is locked, and then saying, "oh, I would have been OK with you bringing one in too".

Word is Costa was 220+, Vetori 207 on fight night. That's not the same weight class.

Costa's excuse was that he had a bicep tear in camp. But he also explicitly mentioned that he hates eating disciplined..."salad 3x a day". He clearly just did not want to control the calories. Why a bicep tear prevents you from doing cardio, IDK.

**** this guy. He came in with 5 rounds worth of cardio (as evidenced by being a **** destroyer in the 5th), trained on full meals throughout camp, and strongarmed Vetori into not cancelling the fight.
