I don't think that's chin. That's him rolling away from strikes. The few times he was hit that cleanly he seemed to get hurt.

What he had was great recovery and instincts to evade or keep fighting, even on the ground with that triangle immediately after he hit the mat, from drilling so much in training probably.

I think that's the moment, in conjunction with threatening to finish w/ that guillotine, while escaping a bad decision after, that put that over the top as one of the very best fights ever. Because before that it was virtually just an awesome stand-up match. Then it became an awesome mma match.
