They need to have stopped that Canonier fight way earlier. If a dude goes unconscious - not a flash knockdown, but actually collapses and feints to the ground, that's got to be it. Meanwhile, he took another 3 minutes of punishment.

Hell, he'd already had wobbly legs 2 rounds earlier.

Agree, he was blacked out for a bit and then sustained another round of dmg. I think ti would have been valid to stop the fight.

But, is Ocho in trouble ? Really ?

Both are 46 years old.
Both have 0 professional MMA bouts on record. Johnson has a draw in boxing [vs a can] 3 years ago.
Both are athletes with little to no public knowledge of their fight game. Thus, anything can happen.

If I'm looking at it from a fight perspective, does either know how to do anything besides throw a punch ? We know Ochocinco can kind of box... Harrison maybe can wrestle just based on his LB experience, and anyone can throw a wild 1-2. If they know BJJ and any sort of grappling, it could go either way.

My guy Tatsuro Taira is attempting to take Royval's #2 ranking this weekend and also remain undefeated. I've been following him since his UFC debut and hoping for him to take the fight to Pantoja should he win.

Some other decent bouts this weekend but I'll be hard pressed to watch them all - I will have to tune into some of the great NCAAF games happening too, so let's see. For sure will catch main event

Here's some info for you fight fans -

4 PM Eastern/1pm Pacific - prelims - Clayton Carpenter opens the night v Rocha
later on
Gorimba v Niko Price
JSP v Pat Sabatini

7PM Eastern/4PM Pacific - main card - Razak Alhassan v Fremd
Drod v Morono
Chidi Njokuani v Jared Gooden
Tavares v Iron Turtle
Main Event- Royval/Taira

Sal D'Amato is probably the best judge at being consistently wrong. He's trying to **** throw decisions the opposite way.

Two fight cards on this weekend

#1 - PFL in KSA with three title fights
headliner - Ngannou vs Renan Ferreira
co main - Larissa Pacheco v Cyborg
3rd title fight - Johnny Eblen v Fabian Edwards
and a bunch of lower-tier PFL fighters but whatever -- Eblen's fight should be around 12PM Eastern and 9AM Pacific here in the states
of course prelims are far earlier

#2 - UFC Fight Night at the Apex - main card is 4PM Eastern/1PM Pacific
headliner - Anthony Hernandez v Michel Pereira
and a lot of Apex bouts earlier

I'm not sure what I'm going to have on to be honest, it's a huge sports weekend for me. MMA, F1, MotoGP all lighting it up!

Then the NBA season starts next week.... enjoy the weekend !
