After five years, 13 fights and four straight losses, Keith Jardine's tenure with the UFC is over.

"It sucks," [Dana] White said. "I have nothing but respect for him and I hope to see him back soon."

Its not just the loses in this case (well it is) but he was getting paid ALOT to lose by the end. Better fighters putting on better shows for a lot less, even with a win bonus. Makes fiscal sense.

He'll be back soon (unless he goes strikeforce) but on a lower contract I imagine.

Expands the Strikeforce LHW division by like 25% if he goes there.

I always thought Jardine was overrated. His biggest win was a split decision over an aging Chuck Liddell.
