Yeah, I doubt any of that would work in the UFC. That stuff is just for show. I've seen MMA fighters throw fancy Tae Kwon Do kicks, mess up all the time, but adding a bunch of spins and flips to it would just be a disaster. You gain a lot of momentum and power swinging around like that, but fighters can see you coming from a mile away. But I'm really not too familiar with this martial art, so I don't know how effective it would be. I've only trained in Tae Kwon Do and Judo.

I can't see it actually working in UFC, etc, but that first KO you posted was fricken ridiculous.

agree, the other dude looked bad..there were times when the guy did one of his jump kicks and you wonder why the other dude didnt just go after him when he was turned around or getting back into stance..
but by saying that..that was solid...

Saw that video a while ago, its cool.

I said to my mate the other week or month, its the sort of thing I'd love to have in my arsenal, because I am sure there is a situation, once every blue moon, when it could actually be used, but, really, you never would lol.
