Lots of people control their cocaine consumption just fine. It doesn't necessarily reflect a downfall.

He shares custody of his kid with the kid's mom, I believe, right? He's not a full-time dad. The scumbags broadcasting and producing this video are arguably for more immoral, given that he is a father and they're publicly railroading him for a private affair.

You can't honestly be defending for this, can you? The dude is a moron plain and simple for doing it, let alone allowing himself to be recorded in the act multiple times.

Yeah... Hatton is a guy who can't control is own weight, can't control how much he drinks, so it causes a significant level of concern that he is blowing as much as he is blowing...

His chick was the person who filmed this, why because she is concerned in how he is living his life...

Jeez... I feel pudgy being at 170 and I am 6'0 and Hatton is what 200 and 5'6? ****... look at his hands. He isn't even remotely taking care of himself even if you ignore his blow consumption.

He is going thru a downfall, and I hope that he simply takes care of himself outside of boxing.

For the most part I feel this way.

It's sad if his love ones suffer from his addiction, but it's not like I know the extent of it, so I really have no comment.

Each to their own, what he does in his own life is his decision.

That said, a proffessional athlete doing drugs ... not so hot. In a lot of sports (Football ...) that will come with a hefty fine and a lengthy ban (Adrian Mutu that played for Chelsea basically destroyed his career by being caught just once, think he got a 2 year ban).

As a grown man, he can shove anything up his nose he wants, I don't judge my friends for doing it, I won't judge him as a person for it. However, I won't be surprised, or defend him, if he gets the book thrown at him, as I am sure he's breaking some sort of commision law or something.

He's not employed by anyone. No league, no team, no commission. He can't be held accountable professionally.

If he fought next week and failed a piss test, he could be. But he won't.

I've never done cocaine and never will. But all sorts of people have done it, loved it and walked away consequence free. It's not necessarily a big deal.

Ricky Hatton has been stripped of his licence to box at a British Boxing Board of Control hearing but can still work as a promoter in the sport.

Hatton was found guilty of misconduct and also fined £20,000 following allegations about his use of cocaine.

I am a little surprised, I expected a 2 or 3 year ban - but not a full stripping. Think this may be a case of hanging him out to dry as an example case, given his name/stature as a champion.

OT but one of the greatest moments in entertainment history for me was a couple of thousand British fans singing at the top of their voices
