Heavyweight Grand Prix quarterfinal bout: Josh Barnett vs. Brett Rogers
Heavyweight bout: Shane Del Rosario vs. Daniel Cormier
Heavyweight bout: Valentijn Overeem vs. Chad Griggs
Women's bout: Gina Carano vs. TBA
Supposedly King Mo versus Ovince St. Preux is not happening on this card.

Del Rosario vs. Cormier is a pretty big fight between two prospects. I wonder if the tournament alternate status is on the line.
Kinda funny how the three tournament alternates are all in action again, while the two first round winners are still sitting on the shelf.
Looking forward to seeing Gina again.

They seem to be in no hurry to find Gina an opponent. It would not shock me if she ends up not fighting on this card.

^^^I am pretty sure they're keeping Gina on the card. Its in Dallas and she's from the area if I rememebr correctly so I think she'd be a big draw for them. Its just that there really isn't much talent in her division. Its pretty much her, Cyborg and Amanda Nunes.

Probably gonna be an unknown, and that's fine by me.
Hopefully they don't go the Herschel Walker route and pull somebody out of the crowd, but a tune up fight for someone who hasn't been in the cage for about 2 years is not unreasonable.

I saw where Erin Toughill came out of hiding and had a fight this weekend. She lost, but she'd still be a decent fight for Carano on this card.

Wow. Great card, for a card of HWs especially. It's nice to see Cormier against someone with a pulse. In fact, it's a huge jump for him.

They had an opponent, forgot who, but she just revealed she was 3 months pregnant. oops. Coker said in an interview that they should have a name within the next week or two.

my guess would be they would not have it since it's like a premium channel. it would be a good idea to call ahead and check.

So they got to put Gina on all the posters looking good in order to advertise, and she doesn't even have to fight to mess up her face!
I wonder if they'll do this to every SF event now?

I think it is. If that's the case its kind of a good thing Gina is off the card because there is no reason a #1 contenders match should be relegated to the prelims.
