Open weight bouts are sometimes included in heavyweight.

Why is Velasquez so high? He may very well regain his title, but as of right now he has not had the 3rd best heavyweight career of all time.

Open weight bouts are one thing. But he's talking about the top 10 best heavyweights of all time. Open weight champion or not there is no way Royce Gracie even sniffs the top 10 best heavyweights of all time. Put his overrated arse in the top 10 fighters of all time but in no way shape or form does he deserve a top 10 spot in heavyweights.

I think a peak Cro Cop should be higher
And where is Igor Vovchanchyn, Ken Shamrock and Mark Coleman?
What about borderline heavyweights like Couture, Randleman, Ruuten and Taktarov?
