My gut says Cormier. His rate of improvement is one of the best ever. I think he has the upper-hand in virtually every position. His only disadvantage is his reach.

I go back and forth on this all the time. Usually settle on Cormier though.
Size vs. skill test. They are both pretty athletic, but in different ways. Other than that, it seems like Cormier is a smaller, but more skilled version of Velasquez, which makes Velasquez a less skilled, but bigger version of Cormier.
I usually go with the guy I think is more skilled, so, Cormier, but it doesn't always work out that way.
