Finally, ink on paper. Now let's see if these two actually make it into the ring

rival premium cable networks Showtime, which has Mayweather under contract, and HBO, which has a deal with Pacquiao, went through a brutal negotiation and will come together to produce and distribute a joint pay-per-view telecast, which is expected to cost a record-high $89.95 (and probably $10 more for high definition).

Going to predict Mayweather by decision in a pretty lopsided fight.

IMO Manny takes this 5 years ago, Mayweather in a relatively close decision now. What a **** waste.

I lost any and all interest in this fight when Pacquiao lost two in a row a few years back. Guess it'll be worth watching still.

Mayweather by split decision. I see this turning out to be like the first Pacquiao vs Marquez fight. Mayweather will be knocked down once or twice early but like any Mayweather fight he makes proper adjustments to get the victory in the end. No way do I see either fighter outclassing each other for a UD.

Mayweather has shown no slow down. He's never been hurt, never been in a war, each thanks to super careful matchmaking. And taken huge periods of time odf., never been in a rush.

I'd take the other route and say Manny will win this one. People saying Floyd hasn't slowed down is delusional, if you watched his last two fights against Maidana you'll see he has somewhat showed signs of aging, while pacquiao looked good in his last 3 fights. Floyd has issues fighting against lefty's and Manny can match his speed. IMO this'll come down to who can keep the pressure on for 12 rds.

I'm not saying it's gonna be a cakewalk for Pac, but he's got the right tools to do the job.

I'm hoping for a Pacquiao KO, TKO, legitimate decision or some crooked judging to give Pacquiao a decision victory. Not because I'm a fan of Pacquiao (I'm not a fan of either fighter). I just want to see a big 1 beside the 47, next to Mayweather's name.

Looking a this poll i see now why bookies have Mayweather as big fave as $1.30 - Manny $3.50. I knew Mayweather would be fave here but this HEAVY? This is like saying Pacquiao has no chance in this fight - it seems that this also may be Public perception.

interesting....
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Let's see but I'm going with Pacman, either way the loser will probably retire to a long and illustrious career.
