Mundine is a joke among hardcore fight fans... who the **** cleans their contacts with their salvia... and thinks he can land a fight with Manny or Mayweather...

Trout isn't an elite figher anymore... but I really want him to beat Mundine.

Contacts are a non-factor.
Trout is 10 years younger, but Mundine is more athletic.
Mundine is the mandatory to Mayweather.
Mundine gets Mayweather's belt if Mayweather doesn't fight him by November.

Mundine is a joke, he's an embarrassment to the country and someone who should have retired years ago. Great athlete but I love seeing him lose.

Mundine is about to receive Mayweather's belt (making him the only man ever to win world titles in 3 weight divisions in descending order of weight - Super Middleweight, Middleweight, Light Middleweight). Actually Mundine has already done it if you count the Silver belt he just took from Rabchenko (but it really means he's the number one challenger to Mayweather).

Mundine said when he arrived in San Antonio he went straight to the owners (American Indians) and that he continues to fight so he can tell the world about Australia's mistreatment of Aboriginal people. The most heroic Australian ever? Quite possibly. He's the BatMAN.

 he's a racist, poorly educated opportunist who has been beaten by virtually every quality opponent he's ever fought.

That's a little harsh. He's had a great career for a late starter with no chin. Some good scalps there, he's certainly a giant tit though and his HGH head is getting out of control.

Anthony Mundine has been forced to postpone his fight against American Austin Trout because of a "severe ear condition".

The WBC super welterweight bout - one of the most significant of Mundine's career - was scheduled for this Saturday in San Antonio, Texas, but the Australian boxer on Monday announced his doctors have told him he will not be able to fight.

"Mundine is suffering from a severe ear condition which doctors say will cause him serious and potentially permanent damage if he continues with the bout," a statement tweeted by Mundine read.

"The ear condition was first noticed after sparring and got progressively worse the next day during his flight to the USA.

"Team Mundine sought immediate medical attention after landing in the US and have taken the medical advice to reschedule the fight for a later date very seriously. The safety of fighters is our first priority."

Mundine will not be allowed to fly for the next two weeks and will stay in Texas where he will resume his training program for the rescheduled event, which has not yet been given a date.

"Team Mundine are understandably devastated by this unavoidable delay and thank Austin Trout's management and the promoters Al Haymon, Leon Margules & Premier Boxing Champions for their understanding," the statement read.

"We extend gratitude to the amazing efforts of [NBA team] the San Antonio Spurs medical team who have greatly assisted Anthony in managing his injury."

Former world champion Trout poses a staunch challenge for Mundine with a record of 28 wins and just two losses.

Mundine, who is weeks shy of his 40th birthday, was suffering from an elbow injury last week before flying out of Australia but said he did not think it would affect him in the fight.

"I've had the problem for the last couple of weeks but that was last sparring session so I'm going to stay off it and recover," he said.

"I doubt it will affect my power but if it does, I'm a fighter, I'll fight with one hand."

Did someone force him to listen to recordings of himself speaking?

I'm very grateful for Mundine's severe ear condition, because it gives his elbow some time to heal.
He was talking about fighting with one hand, so this severe ear condition is a savior in disguise.
