Always good to put a champion's first title defense on Fight Pass at an awkward time.

Thing is, I actually feel like people would be excited to see Jed again after her last performance on a fairly major card.

Krzysztof Jotko fight removed.

It's been a tough fight camp for Polish fighter Krzysztof Jotko. First he was training for a fight with Derek Brunson at UFC Fight Night 69 in Berlin, Germany. When Brunson got injured this past week, Jotko began preparing for his replacement, Uriah Hall.

Turns out that fight won't be happening either.

On Friday, the UFC announced that Hall would be unable to compete on June 20 as hoped due to visa issues. According to the release, rather than try and find another replacement for Jotko the bout will be scrapped altogether. Now UFC Fight Night 69, which takes place at Berlin's O2 World arena, will proceed with 11 bouts.

A title fight on Fight Pass, this makes me feel better about the 10 bucks I waste each month just to be able to watch 6 Prelim fights most months.

Anyone betting tomorrow? I'm thinking Alan Patrick for sure.

Otherwise debating a flyer on Noad Lahat, but probably not much if anything at all. I don't know many of these fighters.

Could underdog Kawajiri beat Siver?

Jedrzejczyk is the most desirable woman in the world.

Shoot, shouldn't have passed on that Noad Lahat flyer.

edit: Bet I passed on won, bet I made lost. Oh well. Maybe Taisumov isn't as bad as I thought. Definitely improved from his first few fights to his last couple.

edit: And sure enough, Kawajiri beat Siver. Oh well, I had passed there as well.

Accumulation can get really nasty if you don't have KO power.

I'm guessing Dana and Lorenzo took one look at Penne's face and immediately aborted their plan to fast track PVZ to a title shot.

lol.

Oddly, considering she lost her last fight, but I'd actually like to see Thug Rose get the next crack at Joanna. Her style is a much better fit for an amazing war of a fight. By then, the winner of JAG and Gadelha will decide the real next #1 contender.

When has a fighter losing their last fight ever stopped the ufc from giving out a title shot before?

I wish there was a 135 lb version of JJ to take on Rousey.

She's already at that level where I want to see her fight regardless of the opponent. The UFC needs to step up her promotion. I don't think it was a bad idea to have this show in Germany and on Fight Pass, but her next fight should be in a high profile spot. Main/co-main of a PPV, or possibly a Fox main event.

Aguilar/Gadelha winner is next.

I'd like to see Rose get a shot, but she's 2-2, coming off a loss, and is 22 years old. No rush. At least two wins away.
