I think RZ missed that it was announced Uriah Hall would be replacing Carneiro to fight Mousasi on this card. Then next fight he'll get matched up with a part-time local fry cook to regenerate his hype.

Chico camus's last performance was super exciting. But he makes RDJ look as handsome as Rockhold.

I feel like I've never seen Kikuno in a fight where he didn't get his a** kicked severely. His record isn't terrible though.

Japanese crowd is awesome. Respectful, knowledgeable, and not only interested in watching bros bang.
Oooohs and aahhhs as Uriah transitions from kimura grip to armbar and more cheers as Mousasi stacked to defend.

That's the first time Uriah Hall has ever beaten anyone I had ever heard of prior (besides the corpse or Leben's corpse).
Wouldn't have happened if the fight wasn't arbitrarily stopped by the bell to end the first round, but whatever, them's the breaks I guess.

That spinning heel kick followed by that flying knee has to be one of the greatest highlight one two combinations in UFC history. How Gegard wasn't unconscious after that I'll never know considering Hall's power.

Sucks as a Mousasi fan because he was dominating.

Mousasi has a rock hard chin, not even sure I've ever seen him rocked or dropped and he has a ton of fights. Has fought k-1 as well I believe.

I want to thank God for creating me and creating other people that I sometimes hit so hard that they may die or get injured in a way that destroys their lives and burdens and destroys the lives of those that care about them. Gotta love it.

He must because that heel kick was about as on the button as kick can be and the following knee while not 100% flush was pretty damn close. When Hall started raining down blows and it wasn't stopped I was really concerned we might be looking at Gegard getting seriously hurt.

It would probably be extra sweet because Barnett has turned his back on the fat people. Traitor.

The arbitrary breaks does really distort the "what would work in a real fight" aspect (obviously nothing is going to be perfect for that, not even taking into account needed safety rules, but no need to add more than necessary).
BTW, do you think mount is overrated in MMA, seems like guys just get thrown off of it on a regular basis.

Roy's already proven that an overweight person can be a really good fighter and have decent cardio. He's also proved that if you want to be the best you have to sacrifice eating whatever you want and that you need to shed that extra weight. This is coming from a guy that is 40 pounds overweight. Roy winning tonight does nothing for us. Barnett isn't someone I would call a physical specimen either?
But on a less serious note I know where your coming from.

If you really know how to maintain it and take advantage of it it's the most underrated aspect of mma.
