Wouldn't be fair to Holloway right now, but a Holloway/Pettis fight would be sick. Maybe somewhere down the line.

Hope he returns to form in a new division. Lots of fresh fights for him. Would start him off against Lamas or Stephens, maybe? Though if he's looking for a fight in August it may have to be someone else.

Is he training at Jackson's now? Did I miss that?

Not interested in him vs Stephens personally, first fight was really underwhelming. Lamas could be good, Barao?

Tagged Tussa and Izzy, sounds like Jackson's is more and more of a thing.

Barao came to mind, but in my head they aren't in the same weight class. When I picture them in the cage Pettis seems like half a foot taller and a good 20-30 lbs heavier. I don't know how well that aligns with reality, especially now that they are both FWs, but it will take me a while to adjust.

Taking an educated guess that Duke isn't happy about the Jackson's thing by the way. Not at all.

Also, I guess they could always do Mendes? Just looking at the top 10, not a ton there that makes a lot of sense.

Hm no, Guida left Jackson's. Think that was like three camps ago for him.

That said, he may want to sit out awhile after that knee he ate last weekend.

First TAM to get busted like ever, yeah? I think I'd be surprised if it were steroids. I feel like TAM would police itself, and steroid use among a team that tight-knit would be super obvious.

Unless he maybe weren't actively training.

But I'd go with something obscure. It could be plastics from a frickin IV,

http://mmajunkie.com/2016/06/donald-trump-floats-idea-of-dana-white-as-republican-national-convention-speaker

“Dana White, you know Dana White?” Mr. Trump asked the crowd. “U.F.C. Guy’s a champion. These are champions.”

“When we first bought this business, it was banned in most states, it wasn’t supported by the ACs, and no arenas wanted this thing,” White told TMZ. “Donald Trump was the first one to have us come out at the Trump Taj Mahal. Not only did we host the events there, he actually showed up and supported the events. You will never hear me say a negative thing about Donald Trump.”

Why am I not surprised?

I thought Guida and Mendes both train at Alpha Male now? That's what I've been trying to say, at least.

Sorry for any confusion.

"Hendo or bust. Michael Bisping wants Dan Henderson rematch or Georges St. Pierre superfight."

I said this right after Bisping won. I think the GSP fight is really a possibility now.

With Bisping coming off a win vs Silva, and then taking the title, it's a prime time to get the GSP rolling.
For GSP, it's a fantastic match up for him and could be enticing to get him back in the ring.

GSP Pros for wanting this fight:
- Bisping isn't a knockout artist.
- If he wins he becomes a two division champ (and could then vacate the title so as not to be held down for superfights)
- Could probably be an easy pay day where he doesn't take much damage.

Bisping Pros for wanting this fight:
- Biggest pay day of his career
- He beat Silva, beating GSP would give him one of the most impressive resumes for his legacy of any fighter...ever.
- GSP hasn't competed at 185, so he might not be as dominant at that weight,
- GSP is coming off a long lay off, and injury. It might be a great opportunity for Bisping to steal a W against a GOAT.

Personally, I really want to see this match up, and then if GSP wins, vacate the title and have Rockhold vs Weidman fight for the title, or create a small tournament for it.

All that said though, I can see it being the Hendo fight, with Hendo retiring afterward.
If he wins, vacate and have the Rockhold/Weidman fight or a tourny

I am a Henderson fan, but this title shot talk is ridiculous. Guy has lost 6 out of his last 9 fights. He beat Lombard, who got sent up to MW by Magny. Give me a break. Hendo does not deserve it, since he is also the 13th ranked MW right now. Jacare is the guy. Jacare beats Bisping, and that is why Bisping is talking up the Hendo and GSP fights. Absolute mockery of the title if Hendo gets it. I know he is a legend, but this is 2016. The Alligator should be next. Let Weidman vs. Rockhold 2 happen at MSG (Winner gets next shot after Jacare).

Bisping "I have never picked fights, I've never turned down any fight, I don't intend to start now" (paraphrase).

Then he goes on to talk about why he will not fight Rockhold next.
Then he goes on to talk about why he will not fight Weidman next.
Then he glosses over Jacare's resume and suggests old man Dan Henderson lol.

GSP reiterated last time he was on the mmahour that he has no interest in moving up to MW iirc.

I also am not sure how it would look for him if he wants to fight Bisping at MW after refusing to fight Anderson there for so many years. Not that I would care or blame him, it is something though.
