It's about time.

I will concede that the show gets insular and self-indulgent. Like the ep with Barnett was ridiculous. Those two just cackling about kung fu movies they had just watched. But the man is a personality in MMA totally unique and fascinating.

Also, he's vegan (and next ep on the topic), cos it's 2018, and there is no excuse.

I've never listened. I really don't know anything about him.

The one thing that I'll say though that I find so bizarre, is that this guy does real life, serious (he's a black belt in the 10th planet system) seminars AS Renato Laranja. So picture this: A room full of nogi grapplers in their spats and rash guards, and this dude is in full gi with his 77 stripes on his black belt...teaching them serious nogi techniques with all the fine details....as Renato Laranja with the accent, etc.

Can't imagine it doesn't get old/awkward after an hour or two lol.
