What I see is Malaipet was clearly inexperienced whereas Tarzan looks like he has had lots of coaching and experience in this arena

He was a top 10 guy at his peak (impossible to say where in that IMO). But I seriously question if he's improved since he's left Bellator and the competition is better/deeper now.
