Awesome!
I’m glad this fight is going down.
I expect Khabib to win, but Conor has some of the best striking in the sport and khabib has some of the poorest standup Defense in the game.

The winner of this fight VS GSP is at NY is going to be a MONSTER event. I’m so excited for these next two fights, they are two of the most exciting matchups in the ufc.

Calling it now, GSP wins then vacates the title, then moves to WW to fight Till for the belt and wins, then vacates that title haha.

UFC better promote the crap out of this fight. This has to be one of the easiest fights to promote in the history of the UFC. The super brash and outgoing Conor vs the stoic Russian. The massive bus incident, use Khabib's "send me location" thing, show Conor going to court. Highlights of Conor KOing guys and khabib throwing and just destroying guys. Hell even throw in the tape of Khabib wrestling the bear as a kid to really play up the crazy Russian angle. I really hope the UFC doesnt just assume this fight will sell itself (even though it will). This is a huge chance for them to really make some noise again in the casual sports world. Im surprised they arent doing a world tour to promote this thing.

Heck they can even use their old tweets when they were being friendly and nice on twitter years back lol.

Oh ya. Start off with the tweets of them propping each other up, Conor back in the day saying he wants to take the 155 belt and he thinks Khabib is going to be the guy that he would have to take it from. Promoting anything with Conor is easy because the dude as on the Rock's level of promotion, its ridiculous.
If Im the UFC, Im paying fox sports and ESPN to talk about this on their shows at least 3 days a week till the fight, then every day of the week leading up to it. They want to make up for the lack of PPV buys this year and go strong heading into the start of the ESPN deal. This fight can be a game changer for them.
