I don't see how any of those are comeback fighters. Eye came back to beat worse fighters, Cirkunov came back to win 1 fight, and Jones came back to get an exemption on steroid use.
Better options would have been in PFL where the tourney format gave a lot of guys 2nd chances and many fights in quick succession. Sean O'Connell and Phelipe Lins stand out in winning their titles.
Would rather see comeback in fights from now on. There were a lot of great ones this year.

None of those three for sure. I agree someone like O'Connell makes more sense.
