The depth of the cards may taken a hit. But I won't lie, i kind of like the one big fight (big fight for MMA fans) a week it seems like.

It’s funny that Holland apologized for the fight not being entertaining. I thought it was interested and fun to watch a grappling match where they kept switching positions.

I didn't see the fight but Twitter and media scorecards seem to think Gerald got robbed.

Gaethje's just a better brawler. And he's imposing that style on you, unless you sneak in a game-changer of your own. Barboza is a distance fighter. And he won't change levels. When he's teeing you up it's on the way in. When you're already in the kitchen, you can burn him. Not much analysis for a shot like that. Barboza tried to circle out and didn't get out far enough to avoid the haymaker hook.
Short fight, but fun, as was the event in entirety. It's a good look for the UFC among the casuals who may have been tuning in to ESPN for the first time. They should do more events like these on the network. It displayed all facets of the game and had the element of surprise.

His body doesn't look like much but he might be in the top 10 in terms of athleticism. That ability to explode through his lower body is effing nuts.

Damn that was a pretty damn good card, especially the last 3 fights. Emmett not much of an overall fighter, but my god the sheer power that man has in those hands at 145 is flat out crazy.
The Branch fight was just hard to watch haha. That looked like a walk in the park for Hermansson.
What can you say about Justin Gaethje. He is like a more skilled 155 lb version of Chris Leben haha. Just walks forward and is willing to take a couple bombs, just as long as he can throw his fair share as well. No way he can last too long fighting like this, but my god every single one of his fights are a must watch.
ESPN has to love cards like this one.

What a garbage audience, constantly booing throughout entertaining fights...but what do you expect, it's Philadelphia.
