I just can't take Rozenstruik seriously after he fought Overeem with his butt crack hanging out for 25 minutes.

Yan, easy. He will be top 5 pound-for-pound within 15 months. Zabit had a **** last fight and don't even start with Rozenstruik. Reyes is the only other option but a dime-a-dozen.

Aljo would've been my vote, as he's a true breakthrough fighter...

The only ones who have been consistently impressive over the year are Yan and AJ Mckee. And all I know is, during the Bellator selection show, nobody wanted to mess with AJ McKee. Bellator is going to build their brand around him, and he's a future star, if not already.

Frankly, this is more where Masvidal qualifies. Because he brokethrough in terms of contendership and stardom outside the cage, where he previously hadn't in spite of how long he'd been around. That would preclude him from consideration in many eyes though.

But if you look at his wins, they're sub-elite. I think he'd still lose to Wonderboy and would be in for a rude awakening against Usman or even probably Leon. These are the types of wins he needs to be a FOY candidate.
