Looks good.
Torres vs. Tapia should be awesome.
I haven't heard of a lot of these guys and I can't be bothered to look them up right now....is this the first event that is all 170 and under, or the last event with the bigger weight classes included?

I was thinking the same thing, my friend fought at WEC 36 at MW and I thought that was it for anything over WW. He was actually scheduled to fight Munoz who pulled cause of injury, I'm thinking since Munoz already signed for WEC 36, maybe that just plugged him into 37 to honor his contract. Not sure though.

Oh yeah to answer your question, the Munoz fight is the only "heavy" fight.

This is a sick deep card. A lot of good under the radar young guns here. Keep an eye on Riberio, Fabiano, Benividez, Hendricks, Munoz, and Roller. All those guys are legit future stars.

I don't any of those guys except torres, tapia and bowles, but I trust the WEC to always deliver.

I'm looking forward to it. I love Torres, Tamura/Fabianno should be a war with 2 top 10 145's, and a ton of up and coming young guys.

True dat, Torres looks unstoppable, very well rounded. His jab was nasty last night. Dana might have to get Kid Yama out there for Torres, I would definetly pay to see that one.

torres is basically ASilva at 135 except his BJJ is off the scales.

That would be a sick megafight. I like Torres by BJJ in this fight.

Brock and Fedor is the only other fight I might like to see more than Kid and Torres, and thats only so I can see Brock get seriously pwnd.

Sign me up for GSP (after beating Penn) vs. Anderson Silva at 185.
Strong rumors have this as the main event of UFC 100 at Madison Square Garden.

Good show.
Kid vs. Torres would be massive.
I gotta start considering the PFP 'Big 4' of Fedor, Silva, GSP and Penn to be a 'Big 5' with Torres included. I don't know enough about his level of competition to say he's #1, but that kind of dominance in your weight class has to make you a case.
Looking forward to the likely matchup with Brian Bowles next.

Tapia is just not a very good fighter.
I like Torres but I really have to question the level of competition hes faced but I dont think its his fault. The lighter weight classes in MMA just arent very strong.

135 is a young weight class, but it is growing rapidly.
I don't agree at all about the lighter classes not being strong. IMO 145 and 155 are 2 of the deepest weight classes there is. 145 has Faber, Kid, Brown, Pulver, Garcia, Fabiano, Reis, and a host of solid Asian fighters. 155 is probably the deepest weight class there is right now.
