Penn is looking for any excuse for why he was dismantled. GSP is just far superior of a fighter.

Not specifying names, I typically enjoy watching the lighter weight classes than the heavier ones. Maybe just a product of the fights I've watched, but it seems as though there are more compelling fights the lower you go in the weight classes.

Of course he did. I would try to find any excuse possible too if I was dominated like that.

Liddell is also boring since he last won against Tito. His name and legacy makes it exciting though.

Crocop is the exception though.

Anyone who doesn't try to finish their opponent.

I'll usually give anyone a chance to prove me wrong, but some guys that I've been disappointed in lately:

Lindland (I never liked watching him though)

Decision Dan Henderson (he's capable of having great fights, but he's really been living up to this nickname lately)

Lay Guida (I used to really look forward to his fights....remember when he used to just be a ball of energy that would take it to his opponents?)

Jardine (I like leg kicks, but the ones Vera and Barry use to finish their opponent or at least do significant damage....Jardine seems to just do them because they score points and people don't defend them well....I guess he finished that one can a long time ago with them....meh)

don't talk about something you don't know about. durning the one minute corner break between rounds you see fighters get vasaline rubbed on the face and another person rub their shoulders. What happened was they didn't wipe the vasaline off their hands before rubbing GSP's shoulders. That is illegal(even Dana White said that). Therefore making him greasy which is why Penn couldn't get a grip on GSP. I read the Nevada state commissioners report. the commissioner saw this happen after rounds 1 and 2 and told his corner to stop.

Haha, okay man. I watched the fight, you could've skipped that novel/play-by-play of the events leading to GSP getting greased up by several men. I know you enjoyed getting into those little details, but it was unnecessary.

And tell me, how do you explain GSP having the advantage in the fight even before they even went to their corners? He was the favourite after round 1 before they even touched his back. Slippery George; he must've had them all foddling up his back with grease before the fight took place!

I hate GSP as much as the next guy, but can we stop pretending a little vaseline on his shoulders was somehow the reason he completely outclassed BJ Penn? It is comical. BJ got rolled, let's just move on.

Penn has the best BJJ in the game next to Anderson Silva. He was not able to get a grip on GSP, therefore he wasn't able to attempt any submissions. And there is a reason for that. you will see.

You guys will all change your mind once investigation is over and GSP is punished.
