Looks like he's debuting at Affliction Trilogy against a total can.

I have to question how good of a move this is for both Affliction and Gomi. I'm sure they are paying him a pile of money, but what is he really going to bring in? Anyone who would order the show because of Gomi is already ordering it. With this possibly being their last show, I just don't know what the point is in bringing him in to smash a can.

For Gomi, I guess this fight could get him back on track and introduce him to a new audience, but if he has problems fighting in the US again and loses to this guy, his career is over.

This makes little sense for either camp. Afflicition just keeps spending too much money on non draws and Gomi needs to take bigger fights this late in his career.

Gomi will win and no one will care. Maybe they will hand him to Horodecki after he beats Dan Lauzon and let Chris get over on him.
