So you want to see the rematch ?

I don't think this is a perfect card, but these are the fights I'd like to see in there divisions .

Fedor vs Brock
Forrest vs Rashad 2
A Silva vs GSP ( catch weight of 180, heard GSP say he wants to add 10 lbs before fighting Silva)
Anthony Johnson vs Mike Swick
Penn vs Aoki
T Griffan vs Faber 2 ( catch weight at 150)
Torres vs Aldo ( catch weight at 140)

how come whenever people bring up WEC fighters names(Faber, Torres, Aldo) i never hear MIKE BROWN.
he's the current title holder at the featherweight division which both Faber and Aldo fight at, and Brown beat Faber TWICE! i also heard Brown will be fighting Aldo in November(..?)

_______________

Fedor vs Brock
Silva vs GSP
Hendo vs Maia
Rashad vs Rampage
Brown vs Faber 3
Torres vs Aldo(that sounds like a really good matchup)
Diego vs Penn
BALL DON'T LIE.

I know a win is a win, but neither of Brown's victories weren't very legit to me.

The reason Brown is not on is because there is no real big name to have him fight. Brown is a great fighter, but he has already beat Faber twice. A match with Kid Yamamoto is prolly the biggest fight out there for him, but it is nowhere near as big a fight as a Faber/Torres catchweight would be. Brown could not make 140 or I would have him fight Torres.

I loved watching him back in the day. Sadly, Mike Brown would destroy him right now.

I like this one.

My only revision would possibly be to put Randy Couture Vs Wanderlei Silva.
...and maybe Chuck Liddell vs Bisping.

I would love to see this rematch too, I had Cerrone winning that fight before Jamie pussed out. I know Cowboy kneed him while down, it was accidental and I don't believe Varner when he said he couldn't see.

Dude, Varner had to have his retna re attached inside his eye. How can you say he wussed out, the knee was not very flush but it grazed his eye ball. He was out of action for months cause of that. He also broke his hand at the start of the 2nd and still put it on Cerrone. His hand still looks like crap even after surgery, it was a horrible break.

Did not know that. Cerrone was winning that fight IMO.

I feel almost the exact opposite. I think Varner was winning the fight, but I also think the knee was legal. And his broken hand means nothing as it had nothing to do with a foul and was just bad luck. Faber and Riggs have both fought through hand breaks recently. I think Varner got lucky that knee was called illegal, because it could have gone either way and if it was called legal, he would have likely lost because he definitely had problems with his eye.

That said, Varner is the better fight IMO and would prolly win a rematch. Cerrone won't sneak up on him, that is for sure after all the trash talk.

I saw Varner take Cerrone down at will and pound him into the mat. Cerrone showed a lot of toughness, but he was getting beat up on until he landed that knee.

Jamie is the better boxer and wrestler IMO.

Haven't seen the Varner/Cerrone fight since it happened, but if I remember correctly, Varner was clearly winning on the scorecards (I think Cerrone might have taken one round, making it 3-1), but Cerrone had some serious momentum and could have finished the fight if that knee was called legal (it certainly was when it was thrown...Varner dropped back down to make it illegal, or to prevent it from being thrown).

I would like to see them settle it, but I do think Varner is the better fighter.

They both were banning but IMO Cerrone had the edge, and he was attempting submissions.
