Can't remember the last time this guy beat someone with a pulse but hey, he definitely makes things more interesting at least.

I think it`s mostly to spite Strikeforce, but he does have a recognizable name, and he'll be a good guy to have around when someone needs a win.

Only problem is him getting exposed too quickly. Who can Phil Baroni beat at WW in the UFC?

Wouldn't mind seeing fights against Alves, Swick, Davis, Lytle, Hardy, and/or Condit though.

Does anybody even care about Baroni? The guy is not very good. Hasn't really beaten anybody worth naming. He's a roided up freak with KO power.

Yeah, I'm not so sure he could even be a serviceable gatekeeper. But as a stepping stone? Hell yeah. He would even hype that fight pretty well.

Baroni should fight Semtex, that fight would blow Semtex's name up. And make him an instant draw imo.
