I also read that WEC 43 Cerrone vs Henderson has been delayed from Sept. to Oct, due to an injury Henderson suffered in training.

The Cowboy keeps yellin this and that about Varner, he better stay focused on Henderson. Dude is for real, he is super athletic/explosive. He is like a mini Rumble Johnson, he trains at The Lab in Phoenix and is pretty feared in the AZ fight circuit.

I want to see the triple knee.

Unfortunately Aldo might really need a triple knee to beat Brown.
