That's a great card, just Brazilian heavy. The events over, I'm slowly getting through the fights. YouTube and torrents.

Holy ****, Filho must just be completely immune to boos at this point. His own crowd was booing him. This guy was devestating in Pride. He was a blanket, yeah, but got a whole lot of finishes and - even if not - would just give no breathing room. It was great. But that fight was real weak. Finishing Manhoef seemed to have him back on track.

Having Arona, Monson and Filho on the same card...it might not have been the best idea.

Heard Arona looked really rusty, not surprised as its been what, 3 years damn near? I still think the UFC should think about trying to get him, Arona on top of his game is a problem

+1, you might aswell go watch some ADCC matches. If a MMA 1st timer saw this card he would probably agree with that Douche bag Arums comments.

Those aren't really sub wrestlers for ADCC, though, those guys are 'positional' wrestlers.

Sub wrestlers and Positional wrestlers are all the same in a grappling match. Arona and Munson have both won ADCC. It's not always cool to get your points and stall, but there are more "position" guys in tourneys than sub guys. The name Submission wrestling doesnt mean that is the only way to win.
