Nothing really groundbreaking here, but I know I've been wanting to hear what he has to say, so I figured others would be interested as well.

One thing I didn't know is that he just got married, so that may be part of why he's been out of the spotlight since the fight.

He doesn't know who his next fight will be. Rich Franklin's name was brought up as a possibility, and he said someone told him he was fighting Franklin, but it would be news to him. I think that would make an awesome fight, but it puts the loser in a pretty deep hole (especially Forrest) so I'm not sure if the UFC will make it happen. I think he might need another Hector Ramirez kind of fight before getting back in there with the elite.

That interview was messed up. He just didn't seem like the Forrest he was before that fight. But I agree that Franklin and Forrest would be a good fight. But after the loss to Anderson, he needs to fight someone who's possibly just out of the top 10 in LHW.

Throw him a can before anything else. The only thing worse than the way he lost to Silva is if he lost another fight right after.

^Yup. I dont mind seeing a Rich/Forrest fight but right now is not the right time. Same thing with Forrest/Jardine, want to see it but i dont think the UFC puts Griffin at risk like that. Where's James Irvin when you need him?
