Pavlik ducking Paul Williams ....

I think so, Pavlik had two pull out of fighting Paul Williams twice due to staph infection. And now he is fighting less than a month after Williams fought S Martinez. What's up with that ? :dontknow:

Am I the only one who thinks Pavlik is ducking Williams ? Personally I am not a fan of Pavlik.
