How long do you think it will take Dana?

Lets face it. Chuck is done being competitive. This Tito v Chuck coaching and fight is nothing but a HUGE cash grab. And it will be a big time money maker of course. But Chuck is at the end of his days, so all his fights need to be big money fights.

Kimbo is never going to be in any kind of title contention. He started taking it seriously too late in his life. His knee is already failing him. And he just doesnt have the time to get much better than he is right now. The whole reason he is in the UFC is a cash grab.

So I am sure you already get what i am saying. But a Chuck v Kimbo fight would make the UFC just a ridiculous amount of money. It could be one of the best selling ppvs in UFC history. So does anyone else think this fight gets made? It makes alot of sense financially.

Dana has proven time and again he is not out to make a quick buck at the expense of the integrity of the sport. Along with that, he and Chuck are very close and have been since Dana was his manager in the early days of the UFC. Dana will not risk undercutting Chuck's legacy, and to a lesser extent MMA's legacy, by risking a legend being KOed by a glorified street fighter.

The only way a Chuck vs. Kimbo fight happens is if Kimbo gets to the point where he is taken seriously as a proven UFC fighter.

And to add to cammo, if Kimbo legitimatly drops to 205, I can't see Chuck doing some random 215 catch weight fight just for some extra dollars.

I think it's a great idea. Chuck's chin would be the only issue. A glancing blow might do it. But he's also a counter-puncher facing a mindless brawler.
