 Punk is so funny, he used to do commentary on a lot of ROH DVDs and was awesome, glad to see WWE is having him do commentary for them

And for all the critics of today's wrestling, I don't watch anymore either but I started watching in the 80s, and although I grew out of it, I don't bash today's wrestling when I see my little nephew enjoying Cena like I used to enjoy Hulk, times change and demographics change, stop being so bitter, well back in my day, blah blah blah, and remember that 80s fans used to bash attitude era fans just like 90s fans bash today's wrestling

No, the 80's fan grew up and actually enjoyed the attitude era along with the kids. This era sucks. Sorry. it's a fact.

what era??

pg era or the youth era??

youth era has developed new wrestlers so much at the same time that it was never seen before. usually 3-4 new guys get pushed but now it's everyone.

I personally know plenty of 80s fans that thought attitude was (Please Use More Appropriate Word), constant title switches kiss my ass club Vince Russo BS, etc. etc. don't they sound bitter and out of touch? Sort of like people who bash today's wrestling. Yes I hate the scripted promos of today and a bunch of other stuff but the storylines actually make sense and the matches are smarter and better psychology and less risky to the wrestlers, and the proof is in the pudding, kids are actually buying in. I think with anything when you get older and the demographics pass you by you get nostalgic on the era that you grew up on, whether it's music, wrestling, etc.

Could anyone explain what they're talking about here? As for other comments, wrestlers may not be great actors but they are great athletes. I'll take the athleticism over acting every time.

I can't say I agree with Miz being Champion, but he's yet another smaller wrestler who's won the title. The claim that Vince doesn't like smaller wrestlers is disproven once again.
