ECW One night stand

Post#1 » by ocker » Mon Dec 13, 2010 11:17 am

Sorry if you guys already discussed it, but what was the general feeling of the One night stand in 2005? I absoutley loved it. My highlights were Heyman's shoot and Sandmans entrance. I hated that they kept doing ECW they way they have though.

It was good. Wish they would have ended it there, it really was a great send off.

Agreed, heymans shoot was my favorite part

That one probably edges Kevin Nash and Syxx's shoot on Ric Flair and Roddy Piper as my favorite in-ring shoots.

Was that the one where Nash was saying they held the young guys back? Road with pot holes or something like that? I think that shoot has turned out to be rather hypocritical imo.

Definitely. Doesn't change the fact that it was a great promo

I own many Wrestling Dvd's and One Night Stand is the one I've watched the most. One of the only ppvs where you can feel actual emotion while watching it. I also must point out that while it might have not have been the match it could have been, watching Benoit and Guerrero walk through the smoke to do war in the ring is truly a sight to see.
New Sig, what do you think?
