Does it seem TNA has more wrestlers with out of the ring problems than the WWE? Jeff Hardy,Matt Hardy,Angle,Chyna,Hogan and Flair are/were top stars in the company to have legal problems within the last year

That sucks. I watched an interview when he left WWE, his thoughts went like this

-They wanted me to work more
-I didn't want to be the next Eddie
-TNA has a lighter schedule so he can spend time with his family.

He went on and on about how it will be better for him. So far.....has it? No fricken way. Poor Kurt, he loses his wife to Jeff Jarrett. He gets in trouble with the law. Title says it all,

I thought he left because of the painkiller addiction and Vince wanting him to get help with it because he could see the writing on the wall.

Makes me wonder if these DUIs are due to pills and not alcohol.

TMZ.com reports that Kurt Angle believes he's been framed in connection with his arrest Sunday morning on charges of driving under the influence.

Kurt Angle's attorney Frank Smith tells TMZ his client was asked to submit to a breathalyzer test and passed. "We understand Kurt will be entering a plea of not guilty in response to any infractions and/or offenses," he adds.

Sources close to the 2012 Olympic hopeful say the "cops are just trying to make an example of him."

TMZ notes that someone who is not legally drunk can still be arrested for driving under the influence if drugs or alcohol impair the driver's ability to navigate the road.

The TNA World Heavyweight Champion was arrested in Virginia and taken to Warren County Jail. He posted $2,000 bond and was released at 3:31 a.m.

Since he is trying to go to the Olympics ( ) they should release him. Matt got punished, he shouldn't be treated any different. I'm not even a Hardy fan but bull politics shouldn't get in the way. Hell they got some talented guys, not sure why they use wwe made guys in almost all the main angles

Here's a twist in the story, Angle wasn't legally drunk at the time of the arrest. I'm of the belief that if you're behind the wheel your BAC should be 0.00, but it doesn't appear he broke any laws. And there are plenty of non-alcohol related reason for driving erratically; talking on the phone, texting, eating, drinking a non-alcoholic beverage and the reason he gave is probably viable enough. Like I said, I don't think its okay to be drinking at all if you're going to be getting behind the wheel but the law doesn't agree with me and Kurt is likely going to get off scott-free.

TNA Champion Kurt Angle had a blood-alcohol level of 0.091 when he was arrested on Sunday morning, according to Virginia state police. Angle's first test was conducted at the scene came back above the legal limit. He later blew a 0.06 when he took a second test at police headquarters. Clearly you're not on a jury for this case, considering there won't be a jury trial. And I'd really hope that if you were on a jury you would base your decision on the evidence, although your previous statement that an individual loses the presumption of innocence based not on evidence but previous acts, indicated you may not.
