Could include any promotion, any country. Is there one wrestling card that stands out to you?

do you mean in terms of names and matches on the card or in terms of how good the event was?

I'm not sure it's the best card ever, but whenever I think of a card that was a major event and one I remember deeply it's always WM3.

The Card
1 The Can-Am Connection (Rick Martel and Tom Zenk) defeated Bob Orton and The Magnificent Muraco
2 Billy Jack Haynes and Hercules (with Bobby Heenan) fought to a double countout
3 Hillbilly Jim, The Haiti Kid and Little Beaver defeated King Kong Bundy, Little Tokyo and Lord Littlebrook by disqualification
4 Harley Race (with Bobby Heenan and The Fabulous Moolah) defeated The Junkyard Dog
5 The Dream Team (Greg Valentine and Brutus Beefcake) (with Johnny Valiant and Dino Bravo) defeated The Rougeau Brothers (Jacques and Raymond)
6 Roddy Piper defeated Adrian Adonis (with Jimmy Hart)[1][25] Hair vs. Hair match 06:54
7 The Hart Foundation (Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart) and Danny Davis (with Jimmy Hart) defeated The British Bulldogs (Davey Boy Smith and The Dynamite Kid) and Tito Santana
8 Butch Reed (with Slick) defeated Koko B. Ware
9 Ricky Steamboat (with George Steele) defeated Randy Savage (c) (with Miss Elizabeth)
10 The Honky Tonk Man (with Jimmy Hart) defeated Jake Roberts (with Alice Cooper)
11 The Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff (with Slick) defeated The Killer Bees (B. Brian Blair and Jim Brunzell) by disqualification
12 Hulk Hogan (c) defeated André the Giant (with Bobby Heenan)

The sheer spectacle of 90,000, the night opening with it bright and ending dark, the opening tag match was awesome, the Savage Steamboat match, the spectacle of Hogan-Andre. It was an unbelievable spectacle and in my youth a moment that I will remember.

For WWE

2010's - Money in the Bank 2011
2000's - Wrestlemania 17
1990's - Royal Rumble 1992, Wrestlemania 12, Wrestlemania 14
1980's - Wrestlemania 3

The money in the bank ppv could be my personal favorite of all time because of the outcomes. The rest of the PPV's I listed, I never really considered the outcomes of each match, just a great card that didn't fail.

I may look back at WCW.

If I had to narrow it down to one, I don't think I could.

A few of my favorites are Unforgiven 1998, WM 13, 15, 17, Summerslam 2001, KOTR 2001, Judgment Day 2004. I would also add Bound for Glory IV to the list and say there hasn't been a better PPV than that one the last 5 years or so.

One card I watch top to bottom every time is In Your House Canadian Stampede 1997

Notable mentions: Great American Bash 1996, pretty much any big card from 1989 NWA, WrestleMania 14, WrestleMania 19, Summerslam 2002

Summerslam 1995 I greatly enjoyed. In fact the only match that subpar was the main event(and even that has a historical note as the run in by Lex Luger was his last appearance in WWE as he showed up on Nitro the next night)
