I was really looking forward to this PPV but I actually was quite disappointed. I thought the story lines leading up were great but everything was kind of "boring" in the end.

It had some good moments, and in reality I think it all played out the way it should have and not much could/should have been done differently.

The biggest let down for me was the Y2J Punk fight - not because of who/why it happened, but because of where. These are two of the best and my favourites and such a great fight to have, but I think it sold Y2J short by having it in Chicago. I'd have loved to see that fight with a 50/50 crowd as I think outside of Chicago they would have both been loved equally and the crowd would have cheered how great that fight was, rather than getting the "cheer punk, silence when Y2J does stuff" - I felt it left the fight a bit short just because of the ambience around it.

I didn't care for the cena ryback fight - and it sounded like no one else did in the crowd either - it was a solid fight but now I just cant help but feel that ryback is done - they've not let him win any major fights since he came on the scene, and all I even remember him doing is just beating low level jobbers every so often lol. I kind of feel like the have booked him quite badly in terms of maintaining credibility, could have possibly done a non-title feud that he could have won 1 or 2 fights in a PPV and picked up steam outside of a title fight feud which he keeps on being on the wrong end of - I thought the last "no one won" version was bad, and the 3 stages "well he got 1 win ..." was a bit of a cheap angle (if it is what I think it is, where they may sell it as "he can win ... but just not this time").

Ahh well, it has left me excited though coming out.

I really want to see Bryan go singles now, I think Orton could be a great USA or Intercont champion as well - and maybe throw Kane in the mix as well - that could create a really great stable of fighters going for those two titles (on top of what is going now) and give some great legitimacy to it (and in fairness I think its been getting better in the past year). I actually would be more interested in that than a Cena based champion ship lol.
