r-truth turned heel right as i started watching on a consistent basis again and i legitimately enjoyed him as heel truth. the entrance was badass and some of the promos he had were f*cking gold.

the opening promo to capital punishment 2011 is phenomenal

I started watching the weekly shows again early 2012 and around that time I caught up on the past year or so, and I agree R-Truth was very entertaining for much of this time. Even the heel turn itself was pretty great where he really made the most out of a pack of cigarettes and a water bottle.

I don't think they ever planned to give him as much air time and as big a push as heel truth as they did, but he took that character and ran with it.

It's a shame that so many good heels become so uninteresting once they get turned face.
