I'm not in on Roode. His gimmick is basically his theme music. Nice hand but I don't see a main eventer.

As a face yes, as a heel is where he could go next level in my opinion. I thought his NXT heel was perfect for the main roster. It could take a lot of the elements of the Miz's success ("I'm such a big star I elevate this show to another level"/"I'm box-office") but with in ring credibility and physique, and his only weakness compared to the other NXT champions (not being as good a worker as Joe Nakamura Almas etc.) isn't as important. I think his look is phenomenal as a heel, not just his body and looking like a star in a suit, but something about his face is delusional and insecure and more of a joke than he realizes while doing his Glorious or walking to the stage etc. that just works for me
