I really like Guevara's wrestling but his acting skills during that MJF promo was rough. The segment with MJF/Darby/Jungleboy and ending with Darby/Jungleboy was good. Ricky Starks vs Juice Robinson was also solid.

Wardlow stuff is boring, got to be more you can do with that belt.

As for the female version, I saw Jade Cargill was defending on Rampage again... How long is that streak supposed to last? Who cares.

Rampage's ratings are terrible, it did like 1/3 of Dynamite last week. A brand split seems like a good idea all around between that, the Punk situation and overall too many people signed. You could put all the anti CM Punk alliance guys there with Page as the B show champ and the Elite running the tag and trios matches.

Yesterday's Dynamite was way better than any Raw or Smackdown in recent memory. I cant remmeber any WWE tv show putting matches like Claudio/Fenix or Cassidy/Garcia. That's not even mentioning the steel cage match or trios match.

And to the other post above, haha yeah I dont get the garcia dancing, but I also dont get the ROllins dancing and stupid laughing, but its over for some reason

Down hill is also an interesting take when you consider the fact that they're starting to book 20k-ish arenas, could possibly sell out Wembley and are about to announce a new 2 hour show on TV.

I'm still buzzing from Dynamite last night personally lol

AEW always consistently has better match quality

So Punk has issues with Jericho and Mox too apparently, how is he not the common denominator? The guy is a posinous toxin and AEW should cut their losses

That's not really entirely true. They fill the a corner of the market on trampoline garbage match wrestling and people call it 5 stars and above. I don't think the matches are better it just serves a very small portion of the wrestling community that's likes that stuff and the rating reflect it. AEW rating have dipped dramatically every wee for about two months now.

AEW doesn't realize that not every match has to be a banger with 3 kick outs and a guy jumping through table, I mean compare it to real sports, is every NBA playoff game a banger - no. It makes the ones that are close stand out more. People still enjoyed Warriors Kings game 7 a lot despite the Warriors winning by 20, because Curry dropping 50 was greatness, and the Kings kept it close for half the game, if it was a wrestling match it wouldn't be a squash, it'd be more like an 8 minute match where the other guy gets a few moves on him and vaunts a comeback but overall the star still ends up winning decisively.

I don't necessarily disagree, but I'd argue the same with Triple H and how he does title reigns. We don't need all these longest reigns in the modern Era all happening at once with Reigns Gunther and Bel Air and recently Usos. It loses its luster when the announcers say it for multiple champions the same week, let alone same show

Kind of loved the Callis ending. Trashy Russo wrestling swerve in a good way. Hope they commit to BCC as heels for a while instead of them being face in 3 months.

Yea their heel personas are working. Yuta is unlikeable, Claudio has zero charisma,a nd Danielsona nd Mox can play almost any part asked

It's hilarious how tailor made this Elite vs BCC story is for a Punk return. Callis can even be the guy to bring him back to **** over Omega and tip the scales from The Elite. Takeshita could be the one to balance it back out then have a blow off at Blood and Guts or something.

Never gonna happen, but that's my fantasy booking lol

In a vacuum I'd love to see Punk back on TV and in the ring, but if this Ace Steel stuff is true then I'd say he can F off. I don't see how you can cause the ruckus you did and then have the audacity to make demands for your return. We'll see I guess.

Collision though I think will work either way. They have enough people on that roster to make another 2 hours work, with or without Punk IMO.

I like Big Bill and Lee Moriarity team, Bill's Attitude Era physique looks great compared to AEW twigs. Garcia can take notes on how to dance like a jacka** without it looking like you're pressed the taunt button in a video game.

Jericho vs Roddy falls count out anywhere did the job for me.

Making Jungle Boy get his ass kicked by Rush and then win with a roll up was a weird way to build him for four way

I would have kept Ghost Riders of the Sky intro for Page

Ruby getting the title shot seems like it'd have been better than Toni again

Agree, problem is Punk is well, a punk, a dick. He and Mox dont like each other either by all accounts.

Rush clearly went into business for himself. Putting not one the booking in to question but jungle boys health. If rush isn't fired it's a crime. I don't even like jungle boy. But by God. He didn't deserved to get barried but basically a high level job guy like rush. Before anyone starts calling rush a start, maybe in cmll but in aew he's never on TV and never picks up wins.
